[suggest] incrond init script patch

Hi,

I just installed the incron package (incron-0.5.7-1.el5.rf) on a CentOS 5 
system and discovered that the init script doesn't work as shipped, the 
status of 'service incrond start' comes back as OK, but incrond itself isn't 
acutally started.  The problem just seems to be a typo, the patch below fixes 
the problem for me.
