[users] RPMforge and RHEL6

I have finished two compile runs of the complete subversion repository. We
now have 3194 packages for RHEL6/i686 and 3175 packages for RHEL6/x86_64.

But a lot of important packages still have to be made: most of the
multimedia and desktop related packages are missing, and the new base
offers a lot of possibilities for new desktop applications to be packaged
as well. So suggestions are mostly welcome.

I myself still need to move to RHEL6 to see what I would be needing to
make it my default desktop.

There are two problems I have noticed with the builds:

  - C++ packages have a higher chance of failing to compile

  - The new rpm calls patch with the --fuzz option, and somehow patches
that worked fine before, fail to apply on RHEL6

I also searched for packages that replaced base packages and have edited
most of those SPEC files to do the right thing (tag as rfx and moved to
extras repository). This work will be available on the mirrors tomorrow.

It's possible some packages are no longer available (as they didn't
recompile) so if you find one of these you are using, let me know.

The only packages that I haven't processed yet, are the perl modules. So
that's still a work in progress. If you are planning to use RPMforge with
RHEL6, you might want to make sure to use a yum plugin to protect base (or
wait until this work is finished).
