[users] RPMforge error while executing YUM Update

Hi Nicolas,

First, I did  yum update rpmforge-release and there were no updates.
And,  yum update  --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=rpmforge-extras but the
problem still exists.
Am I doing it correctly, what you are asking me to do?
I am sorry am not an expert on this.
